Really complex multi-path requirements

Example: Take ONE of the following (3 OR 6 credits??):
- Non-thesis (6 credits)
- Thesis (3 credits)
So should this requirement be (3 OR 6 credits??) -> this kind of complexity and potential counting error then bubbles up to the overall progress.
